By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777hd platform — including its casino, sportsbook, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, and customer support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Use of the 777hd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 777hd operates strictly on a 21+ basis. Registrations from individuals under 21 will be rejected, and any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately suspended with all deposits returned and winnings forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on 777hd. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• Not a 777hd employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 777hd or on any other licensed gaming platform that shares exclusion data with 777hd.

Age Verification Process: 777hd performs Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC documents required include a valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence) and, where applicable, proof of address. 777hd reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, not solely at withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.

To access the full range of 777hd services, you must create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.

Account security responsibilities: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor allow any other person to access your account. 777hd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Suspicious activity: You must notify 777hd immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you become aware of any breach of security. 777hd reserves the right to freeze your account pending investigation upon receiving such a notification.

Account name accuracy: Your account must be registered in your own legal name, matching the name on the identity document you will present during KYC. Accounts registered in pseudonyms, aliases, or third-party names will be suspended. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods held in the same name as the registered account.

• One account per individual, household, IP address, and device.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned.
• 777hd reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month after a prior written notice period of 30 days.

All financial transactions on 777hd are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency channels.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 777hd account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Standard processing times are under 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers during business hours. 777hd does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum and maximum deposits: The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier. Cryptocurrency transactions: Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are processed at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction confirmation on the relevant blockchain. 777hd is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a transaction is initiated and confirmed. Network fees ("gas fees") applicable to cryptocurrency transactions are the responsibility of the player.

777hd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as detailed in the promotion terms.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are available to one player per household, IP address, and device. Coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• 777hd reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, system exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account without notice.

In cases where the game state cannot be recovered, the wager will be returned to your account balance. 777hd is not responsible for disconnections caused by your own internet service provider or device.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777hd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures, including matched betting across accounts, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or wagering patterns designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• System exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through system exploitation will be forfeited.
• Money laundering: Using the 777hd platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 777hd complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate 777hd transactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777hd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777hd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or loss of goodwill;
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures beyond 777hd's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that contains typographical errors or pricing mistakes, subject to 777hd's obligation to correct such errors promptly.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777hd's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Closure by the player: You may close your 777hd account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied. Bonus funds with unsatisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure by 777hd: 777hd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspicious account activity or suspected fraud;
• Regulatory direction from a licensing or law enforcement authority;
• Non-completion of KYC verification within the requested timeframe.

In cases of account closure due to proven fraud or material breach of these Terms, 777hd reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to return funds to their originating payment source rather than to the player directly.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777hd holds its international gaming licence.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 777hd platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team via live chat. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage, typically within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the outcome provided by the support team, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our Compliance department at the email address provided in your account settings.

For disputes that cannot be resolved internally, 777hd participates in the alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") process mandated by its licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR scheme are available upon request from the Compliance department. Recourse to ADR does not prevent you from pursuing legal remedies available to you under applicable law.

777hd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, 777hd will provide at least 14 days' prior written notice via email to the address registered on your account, or via a prominent on-platform notification.

For minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause, and updates required by regulatory instruction — 777hd may update these Terms with immediate effect, with the updated effective date reflected at the top of this document.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you may close your account prior to the effective date of the change and withdraw your remaining balance, subject to the account closure provisions in Section 10. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
